Staying active is essential for our long-term health. Official guidelines recommend that adults should aim to be physically active every day; doing at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity activity a week, as well as strengthening exercises.
Keeping active in this way will also help you maintain your results from your CoolSculpting® procedure. You can choose from a whole range of activities, from going to the gym, attending aerobic, dance or yoga classes, cycling, running or simply walking regularly.
